This has been a very important Halloween for
both boys. Each decided on his costume without any influence from the
adults, and each was very particular about his costume.
Initially, Nicholas was disappointed that we were unable to find a real
space helmet (despite Mom's scouring everywhere but out space), but when
the wings Mom sent arrived, everything was fine.
James, our first-grader, is reading at a fifth grade level and has
completed all the Harry Potter books. He is contemplating wizardry as a
career. |
