On February 16, I boarded a plane in Palm Beach at 3:00pm. It was 82 degrees and sunny. When I landed in Providence, it was 7 degrees and snowing. That snow was the precursor to what was to become the Blizzard of 2003. The fact that I returned home at all is a testament to my wife (and my fear of her).
